These little pretties are a combo of the world’s most delicious cookie and cheesecake.
Heavenly isnt it? I looveee these and I can eat them all in one day! 
The cake texture was so light, it just melted in my mouth. 
It won't last long I swear! Arrgghh!!

Oreo Cheesecake with Choco Ganache

Another request for an Oreo Cheesecake for a colleague's birthday :)

This time I tried to glazed the cheesecake with choco ganache!

I was a bit worried at first as it might turned out to be too sweet, 

but thank GOD the cake was divine! 

Another piece of heaven :)
