I'm excited to share with you all my own version of 

lollicakes, cake pops or whatever you called it :)

It's basically a form of cake styled as a lollipop. 

I've made two flavors: chocolate and cheesecake :)

These were my son's 2nd birthday give-aways :)

Pineapple Tart

Pineapple Tarts are a must have for Chinese New Year :)

It's a small, bite-size pastries filled with pineapple jam!

Delicious and melt-in-the-mouth!

Mini Oreo Cheesecakes :)

These little pretties are a combo of the world’s most delicious cookie and cheesecake.
Heavenly isnt it? I looveee these and I can eat them all in one day! 
The cake texture was so light, it just melted in my mouth. 
It won't last long I swear! Arrgghh!!

Oreo Cheesecake with Choco Ganache

Another request for an Oreo Cheesecake for a colleague's birthday :)

This time I tried to glazed the cheesecake with choco ganache!

I was a bit worried at first as it might turned out to be too sweet, 

but thank GOD the cake was divine!

Leche Flan Cake for Christmas :)

Here, I present the 4 leche flan cakes I made last Christmas 2012  
as requested by friends and colleagues :)

This cake takes too long to bake, but it's worth the wait I SWEAR! :D
